Vicki Field

As soon as you meet Vicki, you’ll find yourself catching the creative spark.

Vicki’s expertise flows from her 30 year career serving both as a certified professional coach and Director of Learning and Development.  She has worked with hundreds of individuals and teams in over 300 organizations including: Duke University Medical Center, Progress Energy, UNC’s Friday Center for Continuing Education, The Interfaith Council for Social Services, The American Kennel Club, LL Bean, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Humana’s Active Outlook Program, Home Instead Senior Care, Comcast, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine, and The American Lung Association.

Vicki reinvented the chapters in her own life several times. At midlife, facing an empty nest, downsizing, and a move, she founded Passage Points. That was about 10 years ago and she couldn’t be happier with this chapter.

Vicki loves living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Willard Beach, Maine, with her husband of 30+ years, David.  Her older son, Christopher Fitzgerald, is married to Jessica Stone. Both in theater, they live in Brooklyn, New York with young sons,  Charlie and Emmett. Christopher, who has been nominated for a Tony Award twice, is currently working on a film called Imogene starring Kristen Wiig, Annette Bening, Matt Dillon, and Darren Criss (my Glee favorite…).  Jessica is currently playing Erma, in Anything Goes a great old show by Cole Porter, which recently won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical on Broadway. She also received raves for her direction of Sondheim’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at Williamstown Theater Festival.  Vicki and David’s younger son, Alex, heads up a division called BurnessDigital for Burness Communications, a PR firm in Washington, DC that helps foundations and not-for-profits. He is currently expanding this division and will be relocating to New York City. Vicki and David couldn’t be happier to have all the kids in one city!

Vicki

"Vicki is a great listener who is able to get at the heart of the management challenges. She provides realistic, do-able tools to better manage a wide variety of workplace situations. Vicki has been a terrific resource to me, and in turn for the small nonprofit organization that I manage. I most value Vicki's common sense approach and sense of humor."
