From there, she helps you design and jumpstart your own personal stress resistance program with down-to-earth strategies to keep you on track– despite the dips and bumps of change.

She has developed and delivered award-winning professional development programs for over 300 organizations that include Duke University, LL Bean, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Humana’s Active Outlook Program, Home Instead Senior Care, Comcast, InterFaith Council for Social Services, The American Lung Association, The American Kennel Club, and GlaxoSmithKline.
