Do you need a new map to find your way?
This upbeat and interactive six-step program is designed to give you a structured and comfortable learning environment. Through focused self-reflection, creative exercises, and small group discussions, you’ll gain the guidance you need to:
Although change often brings with it confusion and fear, it can also open doors for exploration, rediscovery, adventure and growth. I have designed and led this program for many years, and I continue to stand in awe of what happens with each group. While I set the stage and direct each step of the program, it’s the guided group dynamic that brings it to life. It’s the participants who courageously tap into their own inner resources to reclaim their strengths and visions. It’s the participants who embrace the value of connection and learning. It’s the participants who share incredibly wise insights and possibilities. They laugh together at life’s foibles and encourage each other to grow. “Life-changing” is often a term women use to describe their experience in this program.
I lead this program twice a year in Chapel Hill, NC. Our next program begins in February, 2012. This is a daytime series that will meet for six two-hour sessions. The fee is $230
I also conduct this program in a convenient teleclass format that brings together participants from around the country!
