Workshop Description
The passage through midlife sparks new questions like: “Where have I been and what do I intend to do with the rest of my life?” “What are my priorities now that I am ready to create the rest of my life”? Such questions spark feelings of liberation…and fear. Join this workshop to help recap and redefine your needs, strengths, values, interests and talents in order to move successfully into the future. Success can have new meaning. Your mini passions can become grand passions. Your livelihood can become livelier.
Drawing on thought-provoking questions, creativity exercises, group discussion, and successful models for creating change, you’ll examine the wisdom and perspective you’ve gained in your life so far, and learn key strategies to explore and create positive changes as you move forward. Whether it’s a job transition, a move, a family shift, or a desire to expand your own personal horizons, you’ll learn how to navigate the stages and stumbling blocks of change. Tap into your creative imagination and explore a future that brings satisfaction and support!
