Drawing on thought-provoking questions, creativity exercises, group discussion, and successful models for creating change, you’ll examine the wisdom and perspective you’ve gained in your life so far, and learn key strategies to explore and create positive changes as you move forward. Whether it’s a job transition, a move, a family shift, or a desire to expand your own personal horizons, you’ll learn how to navigate the stages and stumbling blocks of change. Tap into your creative imagination and explore a future that brings satisfaction and support!

Vicki shares the wealth of knowledge she has gained through her many years as a successful coach, Director of Learning and Development for several major organizations, and organizational consultant. She has developed and delivered award-winning professional development programs for over 300 organizations that include Duke University, LL Bean, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Humana’s Active Outlook Program, Home Instead Senior Care, Comcast, InterFaith Council for Social Services, The American Lung Association, The American Kennel Club, and GlaxoSmithKline. She earned her coaching certification as one of the earliest students at Corporate Coach University International.
